House rules

Please read the following information before your arrival.

Check-in: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed).
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment for your reservation is to be made in cash upon arrival.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted only outside the building in the designated smoking area.
Free on-site parking is available with a limited number of spaces. Advance reservation is required.
The minimum age for children staying at the property is 6 years. Children count toward the maximum occupancy of the room.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. A valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
The use of open flames or any devices that may pose a fire hazard (such as candles or personal heaters) is strictly prohibited.
Parties, excessive noise, and disturbing the quiet hours (10:00 PM–7:00 AM) are not permitted. Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited. Only guests included in the confirmed reservation are allowed access to the room.
If additional unauthorized guests are found in the apartment, a party is held, or any of the above rules are violated, the reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refund.
By using our reservation system, you consent to the processing of your personal data solely for the purpose of managing your reservation. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
