What data we process and why

• Online booking – first name, surname, e-mail, phone, arrival time, address and notes provided in the booking form. Purpose: handling your booking and stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations related to registration and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Contact form and e-mail – name, e-mail, phone and message. Purpose: replying to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Guestbook entry – name or nickname, place and review text (published after approval) and e-mail (not published). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical device data (e.g. IP address) solely to tell humans from bots. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Recipients

Data may be entrusted only to providers that help us run the website and handle bookings (hosting and CDN – Cloudflare, e-mail provider, booking system). We do not sell data or share it for marketing.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept until the correspondence ends; booking data for the period required by law (including tax law). Guestbook entries are kept until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The booking system may use a technical session cookie required to complete a booking. The interactive Google map loads only after you click it.
