Присоединяюсь ко всем положительным отзывам. Управляющий - Артур, сама любязность. Говорит по-русски. Покажет и расскажет где сэкономить, чтобы посмотреть. Заказал номер с двух с женой, а потом - добавил ребенка 10 лет. Дополнительную оплату за ребенка с нами не взимали. Завтрак и поздний ужин мы готовили для себя сами в кухне комнаты отдыха от отеля. В помощью теплая, даже жарковато. Звукоизоляция идеальная - никаких посторонних шумов ни с улицы, ни в самом отеле. Рекомендую этот отель, тем, кому нужны тишина и спокойствие, хороший сервис и недорогая оплата. В следующий раз планирую снова посетить этот отель. Спасибо всем работникам отеля. |

If you're an adventurous traveller wanting an economic place to stay you can't go wrong. Very friendly and helpful staff, not in the centre of Gdansk but easy to get the train into the historic city centre (10 minutes journey, very frequent and late running) or to the nearby beach resort of Sopot. Oliwa cathedral is just round the corner as are miles of forest trails...this isn't a place for a luxury break but it's cheap, clean and well placed...and Artur the owner speaks great English - Travel to and from Gdansk and Sopot is easy if you know what you're doing but stations aren't well signposted and ticketing not as clear as it could be...make sure you know how the system works or it could get frustrating |

Excellent, budget-friendly option with great manager. A little ways out of Gdansk, Oliwa is an excellent option if you don't need to be smack in the middle of the city. Manager, Artur, is a great source of info and very accommodating and helpful. He also speaks excellent English, so no problem there. Our late arrival (when our flight was rescheduled) was not a problem. Everything we needed was nearby, supermarkets, pharmacy, public transport (tram, bus and SKM) and even a 24h-store near the tram circle a few minutes away. The room had WiFi, Sat-TV (though we didn't use it) a fridge, a water boiler and a decent shower. It also had a table and two chairs where we had our breakfasts in the morning. There's also a larger fridge and a microwave in the basement. The only slight problem we had with our room was that we couldn't block out the early morning light (as the sun rises so early in July), the light colored drapes weren't quite enough. Though this wasn't a huge problem for us. The room also go a little stuffy, but it was OK after opening the windows for a few minutes. All-in-all an excellent choice and we highly recommend it. There's also a barbecue in the yard, which we never got around to using as our evenings were busy. |

WC (номер 4) - нужно спускаться вниз, в цоколь. Лестница нормальная. Хозяин приветливый, спасибо ему, подсказал по транспорту как доехать до центра. |

Villa Sart is zeer mooi en rustig gelegen in de villawijk Oliwa. Openbaar vervoer (trein, tram) naar Gdansk centrum, Sopot en Gdynia binnen loopafstand. Gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hadden ruime kamer met eigen badkamer en toilet. Ook waren alle benodigdheden (koelkast, waterkoker, bestek,borden en kopjes) om zelf ontbijt te maken aanwezig. Kortom, een aangename accommodatie voor een vriendelijke prijs. |

Amazing accommodation extremely clean and peaceful. When we arrived it was a little earlier that check in time so our room was not completely ready, but the owner kindly let us check in earlier than planned and also gave us a room that was ready which was a better room than the original! The owner took care of our every need from maps to advising us on the best places to visit and eat. Also close to metro and tram lines.They have a common room with free Internet and wifi, we also had our own private bathroom but this must be requested upon booking. I cannot fault this hotel in any way there is absolutely nothing bad to be said about it, you get what you pay for. We liked it so much we are already planning our next trip back. A big thank you to the owner and staff for an excellent and pleasant stay. |

Das "Hotel" ist ideal gelegen-einerseits kann man in ca 5min.im Park in Oliwa sein und sich dort erholen oder die wunderschöne Kathedrale anschauen(ein Muß!) oder man geht nur wenige Minuten zur Straßenbahn,die einen sowohl ins historische Zentrum als auch zu Strand bringt.Auto fahren würde ich nicht empfehlen-kaum freie Parkmöglichkeiten.Außerdem steht das Auto sicherer auf dem Hof. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,stellen auch Infomaterial zur Verfügung. Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig,Kühlschrank vorhanden auch etwas Geschirr. |

His english language is very good. Connections to beach as well as town center (old town) are very convenient. Er kümmerte sich durch Anrufe und persönlichen Kontakt und stellte umfangreiche Hilfen zum Zu-Recht-Kommen vor Ort zur Verfügung. Die Lage im wunderschönen Ortsteil Oliwa ist zentral in der Metropolregion Danzig-Sopot-Gdingen und die Verkehrsanbindung hervorragend. Dennoch ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Ein idealer Stützpunkt für den Grossraum Danzig. |

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Als Reisender hat man relativ viel Ruhe, auch wenn andere Gäste da sind. Das Bad ist zwar klein, erfüllt aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt od. wenige Übernachtungen seinen Zweck. Der Besitzer ist außerordentlich kompetent und hilfsbereits. Das betrifft bspw. Fragen bzgl. Umgebung oder besondere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Auch bei der Recherche anderer Hotels zur Weiterreise war der Besitzer zuvorkommend. Die direkte Nähe zum Bhf. und der günstige Preis sind ein zusätzliche Pluspunkt. Fazit: Für eine oder zwei Übernachtungen in jedem Fall ausreichend u. geeignet. |

The staff at Villa Sart is absolutely fantastic. Extremely welcoming and making sure that you are 100% comfortable. It is good value for the money. It is quiet, neighberhood is residencial and somehow upscale, very safe (Police Station just around the corner). I appreciated the quietness. Well too often these villas invite quite loud crowd. Not in this case. Very good experience indeed! |

Do przystanku tramwaju nr 91 jest ok. 300 m, kursuje co 5 min. i w 5 min. można dojechać do Jelitkowa i póść na plażę, którą można przejść (lub bulwarem nadmorskim przebiegającym niepodal) ok. 2 km do Sopotu lub ok. 2 km do Gdańska Brzeżna. 500 m jest do kolejki podmiejskiej, którą można dojechać do Gdańska, Sopotu czy Gdyni. Na ulicy przed Villą Sart można bez większego problemu znaleźć miejsce do parkowania. Pokoje są niezbyt duże ale wyposażone w TV Sat. i kablową, przyjemnie umeblowane, wygodne, czyste, zadbane. Łazienka w pokoju - taką opcję warto zamówić, żeby nie trzeba było wychodzić w nocy z pokoju. |

Als Deutsche waren wir von der großen Wärme und Freundlichkeit überrascht, die uns von den Polen und besonders auch in der Pension entgegengebracht wurde. Jede mögliche Hilfe wurde angeboten: ob wir grillen möchten, ob das Kind x-box spielen möchte, eine Telefonnummer, mit der wir zu jeder Uhrzeit aus der Stadt anrufen können, wenn wir ein Problem haben, Tips, wo man mit Kind am besten hingehen sollte. Die Kommunikation funktionierte gut mit etwas Deutsch und viel Englisch, die Lage in einem ruhigen gutbürgerlichen Viertel war angenehm und erholsam, dabei über die Schnellbahn gut angebunden. Zum Vergleich: Andere Reisende hatten ein bestimmt viel teureres Hotel in Danzigs Innenstadt gebucht und konnten dort aufgrund des Nachtlebens nicht gut schlafen. Alles war geputzt und gepflegt. Our best hostel ever For value, cleanliness, location, facilities, local transport, security, extremely helpful owner Arthur, lovely rooms etc, it would be hard to beat Villa Sart in my opinion (old codger of 57, bear in mind). The owner goes out of his way to help, even giving you his phone number and email address in case you need any advice or translating whilst out and about. You are short of nothing really, apart from no breakfast supplied, but there is a fridge downstairs for storage and the nearby shops are very cheap (for us Brits at least) for stocking up. The train station is only a few minutes away across a main road, and there are cheap bus/tram links to all the local areas. We hope to go back very soon, can`t wait. The bathrooms are on the small side, but well equipped with shower (for use of just your room) etc. Sorry Arthur but I had to mention that, but I did tell you. That is such a minor detail, and does not detract at all from a brilliant place. Well done Arthur and family, Villa Sart is a credit to you. |

Daarnaast een informatiemapje met alle benodigde info in de buurt, bakker, avondwinkel, tram, bus en treinhaltes en nog veel meer. Ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, maar alle benodigdheden waren wel aanwezig. In onze kamer hadden we zelfs een eigen koelkastje. TV met veel zenders, zelfs BVN. Villa Sart is gelegen in een rustige mooie wijk, met op loopafstand alle vormen van openbaar vervoer die je binnen no time zowel naar Gdansk, Sopot en Gdynia brengen. Villa Sart is echt een aanrader, wij zouden er graag nog eens terug komen. Alles was perfect geregeld. Internet via WIFI deed het niet altijd goed op de kamer, maar gelukkig hadden we een netwerkkabel megenomen, dus konden toch altijd internetten op de laptop. In de kelder staat ook nog een PC met internet die je altijd mag gebruiken. Super dus! |

"Great place to stay": Went to Gdansk for our aniversary and stayed at Villa Sart in Oliwa. The area is really nice with a great park When we arrived at the airport we got a taxi to the hotel and it was quite a way and only cost us 34 PZ about7 GBP. The Villa Sart was easy to find and our double room had a balcony the owner was most helpful and always available to help and advise on our stay. Once we understood the metro we found it easy and cheap to use. We visited Sopot and Gdania part of the tri-cities. All in all areally great experience. Cant wait to go again. |

This was a guest house like staying in someone's house.We had room 4 (out of 5)which was the largest I think (very big and very homely).Our room opened up to a balcony so we could have breakfast outside.There is a fridge to store food but no cooking facilities.There is also free internet access and living room to chill out in the basement. - We had our own private bathroom outside the room in the basement (which meant going downstairs)-not a major issue though.A couple other rooms have private bathroom outside the room and I think others are ensuite. |

The property is on a lovely, quiet road and rather idillic background if you want to just relax and take it easy. We had a balcony with our room and it was lovely to feel relaxed and just sit out there to eat or do whatever. We stayed in villa Sart for four nights in May. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, the room was a good size and clean. We had access to a private bathroom and toilet, though not ensuite,they were for our private use. The Villa is only a £10 taxi ride from the airport and is situated within 10 minutes walk from the train station and only 3 minutes from the tram terminus. We went to Gdansk for the day, cost less than £2 return. Supermarket nearby as is a lovely walk along the beach. |

we had a really lovely time and felt very welcome. The room was very nice with it's own balcony and bathroom. There was a lounge we could use with free internet access and it was very cheap to call home on the room phone. The location is only 4 stops from the main town and the old town in Gdansk and only 2 stops from Sopot. Near the hotel are the amazing Cathedral, a beautiful park and the zoo. There was no breakfast available but access to a shared fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and lounge. It was really cheap and a great place to stay, definately recommended. |

Recently visited Gdansk and stayed at Villa SART, what a pleasant stay it was. Very clean spacious rooms, open to come and go as you please any time of the day. Situated in a nice quiet part of Gdansk in the middle of the Tri-state area of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia, all very easy to get to with public transport. Artur and his mother were very helpful indeed, gave information on localities, transport, places to visit etc... I went to visit some family while I was there and Autur even helped with finding the place they live and how to get there(free bus). I will stay again in the future and also be recommending it to friends. |

Super clean and spacious room, satellite TV and Internet connexion we didn't use(the aim is to spend time oustide, isn't it? Especially in such a WONDERFUL city as Gdansk). The location is far from Gdansk's centre but it's fast and supercheap with the train (5 min. walking and 15 min. by train) but the area is very calm and green. Artur is very serviceable and nice but doesn't live there. It's a super quality/price ratio. I will post my pictures later! |

Ich war Anfang November für vier Tage in Gdansk und dabei in Gdansk-Oliwa in der Villa Sart untergebracht. Schon per e-mail Kontakt hat mich der Gastgeber vom Flughafen zur Straße, in der die Villa sich befindet, gelotst. Das Zimmer war gut beheizt bei meiner Ankunft, bei der es sehr kalt war. Die ganze Zeit war der Gastgeber Assistent bei offenen Fragen. Die Mutter des Gastgebers ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame. Danzig-Oliwa ist ein ruhiger und stressfreier Ort.
